Hey, Hey, Hey

It has been a while. What's new:

Okay, I'm sick about it. Cannot think of anything but the preemption of Pope John Paul II's image by the Legionnaries. I know I should be much despised to think of anything BUT that grim reality.

Can you believe I was invited to this:

Blognic!

Oh the constraints of family obligations (sweet yoke) and the IRS (bitter yoke)!

And to think I missed this.

But what I love about Michael Voris is that after seeing this video- he totally gets it!

I liked the way he totally pilloried Mark Shea and Whispers in the Loggia! Ha!

I can't help it - I love justice.

Happy Easter Season. Hey, we may not have earned it but we will totally celebrate it!

Hi! Just a question.... When looking at the picture of the Pope, I wondered. When a man enters the church, he marries into the church (marries God that is) so why is the Pope's ring on his right hand? Isn't the left hand that for wedding rings?
Not reverent to your post but wanting to know!
Thanks!

I didn't read this post, but the post I wanted to comment on doesn't allow comments anymore. I just wanted to say thank you for your post on Attachment Parenting. It was refreshing to read and I wish there were more people willing to speak out against it intelligently as you did. AP parents are so passionate, it's hard to get through to them. It's so easy to adhere to something that seems right on the surface ("I'm doing what my child tells me he needs"). Someone had commented about God's "unconditional" love. I cringe when I hear people use that phrase. God's love is completely conditional! People who say it isn't, don't understand the definition of God's love. I love the scripture that says "How oft would I have gathered you under my wing as a hen gathereth her chickens." It's up to us to accept God's love. By His own laws, He cannot give us "love" (and all the blessings that come with it) if we do not hold up our end of the bargain. What kind of life would eternity with God be if we didn't even earn it? It's the same with AP. When do those parents intend to stop reinforcing the whines of, "I need..." and start reinforcing self-discipline? I loved your post.
